Africadelic x TGIB Fela Day 2023

Bigger and even more beautiful than last year, Africadelic invited us again to present a theatrical catwalk. This year, we created 23 looks and casted 23 models/dancers. All looks designed and styled together with Thijs de Jong and Yaw Tiëku Appiah, movement direction by Osayi Osawe.

In celebration of the legendary Fela Kuti’s 85th birthday (please Google him if you don’t know his legacy), we’ve screen-printed ringer T’s with a special FELA KUTI x TGIB design.

Alongside our multidisciplinary tribute, we curated the afterparty with DJs NYAMECMPLX and BOATISM.
